The Process:

The process is not complex, but a way to be thorough to ensure that our clients receive the best, from start to finish. Our aim is to make you visions & dreams a reality with knowledgeable, friendly, courteous professionals whose years of experience are priceless.

Step One - Set up an Appointment

This begins with your call to set up an appointment for an associate to meet you at your home or in the showroom. They will ask you preliminary questions about your project and discuss your budget so that we can envision your project, desires & needs.

Step Two - Free Consultation

Once we meet with you, we will go over our preliminary information with you, view brochures, samples, colors & accessories, to select which cabinet line we will work with. Once we have a complete understanding of what you want to accomplish.  If we are on the project site, preliminary measurements can be taken at that time, along with pictures if necessary. Samples & brochures are available for your review if needed. We will begin the design process at this point, if you wish, based on your ideas and opinions we may have concerning your project.

Step Three - The Design Process 

At this point, a "design service fee" will be required to begin this phase of the process. Of course, this fee is applied toward the purchase of your project. The process includes:

• A visit to the site to obtain detailed measurements/pictures of the project site
• Up to three different design layouts, if project space allows, for your review
• Up to three changes on selected design
• Additional Meetings to narrow down the final design
• Preliminary drawings - floor plans & 3D views, for review during process
• Finalization of designs based on your vision & dreams

 Step Four - The Design Review, Finalization & Approval 

Once the design is finalized, you will be asked to initial all final drawings for approval. You will be provided with a final price. At this point, a written contract will be provided to you, detailing the project, installation process & payment schedule to review & approve. A tenative install start date will given at this time.

Step Five - The Project Installation Process

The installation will be based on a schedule that was given to you in advance. We will begin, once the shipment/delivery confirmation is received on the cabinetry & all materials have been received, in order to minimize the time we are in your home for installation. The general installation process is outlined below:

• Meeting with the crew to go over the project in details
• Obtain permits - if needed (usually done by the homeowner)
• Delivery of dumpster - if needed for project
• Tearout existing cabinetry & prep for new remodel
• Do all framing, electrical & plumbing work that is needed, if any
• Prep work: walls, ceilings, sheetrock, paint & etc if needed as part of remodel
• Prep & level floor area, then install new flooring
• Install new cabinetry, trim, hardware & appliances
• Template the countertops
• Install under cabinetry lighting
• Install new countertops
• Install new backsplash
• Finalizing install, touch up & cleanup

We will be more than happy to keep you informed, answer any questions and address any issues/concerns that you may have. After the project is complete we will do a final walk-through to ensure that all is completed to your satisfaction, ensure that everything is in order and functioning properly.
